TERMS OF USE
By downloading or using Pured, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
1. The app
Pured helps you capture rounds, diagnose your game, prescribe practice, and verify improvement, with an on-device AI caddie and swing analysis. Pured is a coaching and information tool — it is not professional instruction, medical, or fitness advice. Use good judgment and play within your ability.
2. Your account
You can use Pured without an account. If you create one with Sign in with Apple, you’re responsible for the activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13). You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings.
3. Pured Premium subscription
- Pured Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Standard EULA, which also governs your license to use the app.
- Free features remain available without a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Pured — no reverse engineering, interfering with the service, attempting to access other users’ data, or using the app unlawfully. The Pured name, logo, and content are ours or our licensors’; you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app, nothing more.
5. Your content
Your rounds, stats, and swing videos are yours. You grant Pured only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and process them to provide the app’s features. We don’t claim ownership and we don’t share them, per our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Pured is provided “as is,” without warranties. GPS distances, stats, and AI suggestions are estimates and may be inaccurate — don’t rely on them where accuracy is critical. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pured Golf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted in the app. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You can stop using Pured and delete your account at any time.
